Mainland UK Delivery
Your business is extremely important to us and if you're not happy then we're not happy. We are therefore fanatical about making sure that everything arrives with you in perfect condition and in good time (we totally understand how important it is to get out on the water at every opportunity).
We are proud to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders to mainland UK regardless of size (with the exception of remote postcodes) and we only use premium services from the highest calibre couriers such as UPS.
We always go the extra mile to keep our customers happy, but at the end of the day we're still a family business and are not Amazon so please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
The www.TheWetPatch.co.uk website is an online catalogue of items that we can supply. For logistical reasons we can not always hold stock of every single item in every possible variant. Items are sold via numerous different channels so it is not always viable for this website to accurately reflect the true stock position at all times. Therefore, some items advertised on this website will be in stock and some will need to be requested from the central warehouse. If your order is extremely time-critical then please make us aware of this before you place your order so that we can all be sure that expectations can be met.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem fulfilling your order then we will contact you straight away to discuss a solution. If for any reason an item that you ordered cannot be sent to you within an acceptable timeframe then we will always try and offer you a close match as an alternative. If this is the case then you can either accept our suggested alternative or request a full no quibble refund.
Finally, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE US WITH AN ACTIVE AND REGULARLY CHECKED EMAIL ADDRESS AND A VALID MOBILE PHONE NUMBER during checkout as these are the only ways that we can contact you. Rest assured that your personal details are completely safe with us and we will never divulge them to any third party unless they are directly involved in the fulfilment of your order (e.g. couriers).
International customers will need to contact us before they place their order so that we can provide a shipping quote.
Delivery to destinations outside of Mainland UK is usually not a problem, but you must contact us before you place your order so that we can provide you with a shipping quote. Simply email us and let us know exactly what you want to order and the full destination address and we will be able to give you the cheapest possible quote ASAP. Delivery to areas outside of Mainland UK may carry a surcharge so it is essential that you contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase anything on the website.
Please note that in some extreme cases direct delivery is simply not physically possible or financially viable. If this is the case then we are happy to deliver to an alternative Mainland UK address instead for you to collect from or make your own arrangements from there.
Make an Ad-Hoc Payment
We may sometimes ask you to make an ad-hoc payment to us if, for example, you are in a country that carries additional shipping charges. To do this simply click the "Add to Basket" button below which will add £1 to your shopping basket. When you arrive at the shopping basket simply update the "Quantity" field as appropriate i.e. if you wish to pay £50 then update the "Quantity" field to 50. The "Item Total" field in the shopping basket should show the amount you wish to pay. When you are happy simply check out in the usual way.
